It’s Official

I am now running for Jefferson County Commissioner (Precinct 3) in the 2008 elections. I am running under the Libertarian Party. A party that stresses freedom and low government involvement.

Since the 2007 elections are coming up, I will hold off on major issues until after these elections are complete. I encourage you to vote and vote Libertarian.

1. If you think taxes are too high
2. if you think the government is too controlling
3. if you think you know what is best for you rather than someone in an office far away knows what is best for you
4. if you are tired of taxation without representation

Then I encourage you to find out about the Liberty Party and those that would call themselves Libertarians. If you like what they have to say, then vote Libertarian.

Personally, I think that this is the only political party that still cares about the people. Democrats and Republicans are too entrenched, too sure of their own power. Sure, there are good men and women in both parties, but the sheer mass of these organizations almost ensures that they few who do care can’t be heard.
